How we collect your information

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

If you contact us directly we might collect the following information, as an example:

We never knowingly collect information from those under the age of 13.

For your security, when you place a booking on this site we do not retain your payment information. This is entered by you into our booking system, provided by GemaPark, and stored on UK servers. Online payment is processed by a company called Stripe.

You can also choose to sign-up to our newsletter using your email address. This information is held by our provider MailChimp and used by us, only for that purpose. Should you decide you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, please click the ‘unsubscribe’ button present in every one, or email your request to

You are free to refuse our request for your personal data, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

How we use your information

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. For example, when you provide your email address as part of an enquiry or booking, we will only use that address for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry or booking.

What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent unauthorised access, to maintain its security and ensure correct use. When your data is no longer required, we will dispose of it in a secure manner.

We also do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, other than those mentioned, except when we are required to by law.


Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser that allow us to remember your actions or preferences over time.

We use ‘performance’ cookies, set by a service called Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with our site. For example, the pages visited, and by which sort of device. They cannotpersonally identify you.
