Can I own a lodge or caravan at Springfield Retreat?

Can I rent out my lodge at Springfield Retreat?

Why not make your home work for you? We have an exclusive partnership with Luxury Coastal Holidays ensuring you a great return on your investment and still enabling you to enjoy some quality time on park. You can learn all about our Buy to Let scheme here! 

What are your prices?

At Springfield Holiday park we have a few sets of pricing. These are for:
1. Holiday Caravan Rental
2. Seasonal Pitches

Linen in Springfield’s rented luxury caravans.

The use of linen is compulsory in our caravans and is now included in the rental price.

Are we able to purchase Gas?

Yes. We have stocks of gas bottles available from reception.

How do I pay for electricity?

Electricity for Caravan Hire:

All electricity is included in the hire charge for our caravans.

Electricity for Seasonal Pitches:

Electricity is metered for every pitch and an invoice will be issued at the end of the season.

Do you have Wi-fi onsite?

Yes, there is a Wi-Fi service across the park and has charges applied for this service. Details can be found at https://clubwifi.co.uk/pricing. All vouchers and online payments are made when you arrive onsite if this service is required.

Can we bring pets?

Pets are welcome but not in our holiday caravans.

When can I arrive?

In order to maintain our high standards of cleanliness, your caravan will not be available until 4pm on the day of arrival, and we request that it is vacated by 10am at the latest on the day of departure, and is left in a clean and tidy condition.

If you expect to arrive after 6pm please notify us, otherwise we reserve the right to re-let the caravan if not claimed by that time. No arrivals after 9pm.

Do you allow smoking?

We operate a no smoking policy within all holiday caravans and public areas. If you wish to smoke please do so outside – thank you.

How do I pay?
